What happens to what you send us.

What this site collects

If you submit the enquiry form, we receive the name, practice name, email address, phone number, location count and message you typed. That is all of it. There is no hidden field.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share what you send, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see, in aggregate, which pages are read, roughly where visits come from and what kind of device they use. It sets first-party cookies (names beginning _ga) so a returning visit can be told apart from a new one.

The site tells Google Analytics not to use this data for advertising or ad personalisation, and we do not link it to any advertising account. You can block it with any content blocker, or with Google's own opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in email for as long as the conversation is live and for two years afterwards, then deleted. If you want yours deleted sooner, ask and it will be done that week.

Patient information

We do not want, ask for, or knowingly accept protected health information through this site. Please do not send patient details in the enquiry form.

Within a client engagement, the handling of any protected health information is governed by the business associate agreement executed with that practice, not by this page. Where an engagement does not require access to protected health information, we do not take access to it.

Who else sees it

The enquiry form is delivered by an email service provider acting on our instructions, and page-view analytics is processed by Google Analytics. Nobody else receives what you send.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below and it will be handled within thirty days.
